For JumpTherapy Sessions:
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of registration
Payment in full is required before session begins
Sessions with fewer than 4 participants may be canceled or combined with other like sessions
We reserve the right to dismiss any child who is not benefiting from or is disruptive to the session (you will receive a full refund for the remaining weeks of the session)
To maintain consistency for all participants, initial registration is a 2-month commitment, after which participants may opt out on or before the 20th day of the month
There are no refunds once registration form is submitted UNLESS THE THERAPIST FEELS THE CHILD IS NOT A GOOD FIT OR WILL NOT BENEFIT FROM THE PROGRAM
All full-paying participants will receive an insurance-ready receipt for $100.00 per session at the end of every month
JumpTherapy DOES NOT guarantee reimbursement or write reports for insurance, but will make every effort within reason to assist you in the reimbursement process
$100 will be credited towards any session cancelled by JumpTherapy. There are NO credits for missed sessions.
JumpTherapy offers a 20% discount for participants who do not have out-of-network benefits
Limited scholarships are available
Card will not be charged until JumpTherapy has confirmed your registration and start date via email or phone.
